These river Agates come from Brazil and received both their color and the “polish” naturally. During transportation in the river, the clay and mud polished the Agates very slowly and over a long period of time until it achieved this natural high-gloss polish. The color of the Agates is caused by the river water, iron oxide dyed these Agates in their typical yellow-brown color (inside they are mainly Chalcedony gray-blue).

So: An Agate that was polished naturally (not by human hands)!
